Several trojan viruses have worked there way into my computers critical systems allowing them to open Internet Explorer windows whenever I access the internet. No antivirius programs have been able to clean or even quarantine it. I can’t delete the infected files without making the computer unusable. What should I do?

First turn off system restore then do a free online scan with bitdefender is very good at removing Trojans & its free.

Get Ad-Aware from downloads.com get the 2007 version (its the newest) This system will get rid of spy-ware and Ad-Ware from your computer. There are 4 scanning processes it will ask for. Just go with the full system scan. In the meantime just do not enter and websites that need user names and passwords it will only steal them. Do not worry download.com is completely safe and Ad-Aware 2007 is completely free. By the way also go to add/delete programs and look for anything you didnt install.

Trojans are spyware and malware not strictly virus and as such, must be removed by anti-spyware. Get SpyBot Search & Destroy to safely remove spyware. Best of all, it’s free. After installing it, immunize the computer against over 30,000 known pieces of spyware. Then run a full bot check and remove everything it finds using the Fix Selected Problems tab. Keep it updated and run it weekly to keep your computer free of this stuff. Then get Ad-Aware also from download.com and run it the first time doing a Full System Scan. Thereafter, run a Smart Scan daily.

You can restore your computer ’till the day before infection: Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools> System Restore
If that doesn’t help you ought to install a new Windows

Udate your antivirus and scan your coputer in safe mode. After you remove virus, I recommend you use firefox browser. It is safer than IE. It can prevent viruses such as worm,trojan and etc. The newest official edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com
