First turn off system restore then do a free online scan with bitdefender is very good at removing Trojans & its free.

if its adware do a adware/ spyware remover scan then take it off

same happened to my friend i gave him norton internet security cracked…and it worked perfectly
norton internet security is very effective against cleaning trojans and protecting ur computer from them in the first place
