Use a Live cd to repair your system such as Avira live cd or Dr. Web live cd. If not then the most important tool should be UBCD4win:
ubcd4win.com
if not seek an expert.
Good Luck!

Typically the best thing to do is to not be cheap up front and get an anti Virus. One such as Kaspberry. I use that and never had an issue. You will need to get an anti virus like kaspberry and it will remove it automatically for you. How ever, if you have one trojan, you probably have a LOT more. Viruses slow down your computer and can make it stop working all together. Get an anti virus and alsowhen you get a new computer, pay for the anti virus so this doesn’t hapen again. BTW, typically, the anti virus that come with computers sucks, and are a rip off….not to meation annoying a sh*t if you don’t know how to get rid of the constant pop ups..

Wtf is kasberry?
Please ignore the reply above lol.
To remove a trojan horse you might need an antivirus or an antispyware. The best thing you can do is to scan with both. For this I recommend downloading Kaspersky. Here is the link for the trial:

Just scan with it and your problem should be fixed after you remove all of the malwares.

Well It may be virus but I think you should try start your computer in safe mode…..
Restart the computer.
While the computer is starting start tapping F8 key on the keyboard.
You will get a screen with Windows Advanced boot options.
Use your up and down arrow key as your mouse wont be working and then select safe mode.
In case you also want the internet connection to be working use safe mode with networking.
Sometimes you wont get the advanced boot menu when you tap F8 key in this situation log on the desktop and follow this steps……..
Start the computer in normal mode.
Click on start and then Run.
Type "msconfig" (Without quotes) and hit enter.
Click on the boot.ini tab.
In the tab you will get a check box for the safeboot and you need to check the box and select minimal.
In case you even need the networking feature the the rather selecting minimal select network.
Still the problem exists then it is a virus so probably it is a trojan virus…
Update your Antivirus program and perform scanning so that you can easily remove it……

You need a laptop type hard disk and a external external case hard disk loader to scan a hard disk from another computer. It costs very low for a external hard disk case, its really useful to transfer files and so on.Download trojan removal tool, its not free, you have it pay for it but its useful. Its specialized for removing trojan and there is no need to remove your current anivirus to install trojan remover.

To ward off any dubious activities and to combat viruses already present on a computer system, I suggest you take a look at:
http://www.pcthreat.com/removers.html
If your system has been infected, you will be informed as to which PC threat is prevalent on the system, and be provided with removal instructions accordingly.
Remember to always keep your antivirus and anti-spyware applications up to date and fully functional.

download malwarebytes. it will remove any trojan in seconds.
download malwarebytes onto another computer and transfer it to your computer using a jump drive. rename the malwarebytes installation file so the trojan won’t try to block it.
