Well to start we need a good antivirus that may well solve your problems,
I will recommend an antivirus such as Avast. I leave you this page:
http://www.avast.com/esp/download-avast-home.html
You can download this from your good antivirus Pagina Oficial, offers various types of language,
choose the best for you is helpful or necessary.
We also need a good cleaning, so you can delete all those files that are not useful. I leave you this page:
http://www.ccleaner.com/download
We recommend you another program like this:
http://avg-anti-spyware.softonic.com/
Then after you have installed this. You should follow these steps:
-The first thing you will do will be cleaning up everything that you do not need your computer, ie temporary files, all of which are the cookies and other useless things you have on your PC that you had not noticed that no longer serve you, just have the program and you will do is give the button "cleaner", and then let your team a while to make the program Pc do theirs, and let you analyze where the program is finished, the button will Daras Run Cleaner. " And then accept the procedure that tells you the program.
-Then we have to update your database.
-The next step will be to continue to reboot your PC, then when you turn off and turn it on again you will have to press the F8 key or button, that is to enter a menu to follow certain steps …
Press this key after the notice or appear before you this if you do not have, then after that enter the "Safe Mode", and that act alone, may appear several things such as changing resolutions on your screen, but do not worry about this, as is normal.
Hiras-Then what is the beginning of system configuration, this will be to see if this virus if you have instructions for removing this virus. There are commands associated programs run at Windows startup. Then we have to follow some steps which are: Start -> Run -> Write Msnconfing -> OK. Then you have a list of where you should find the command that I mentioned before in order to eliminate this virus. Then when you find them, destilda what verificasion the box and look at the place where it is, you give to Apply -> OK. (It is safe to ask you to restart your computer, if so, do your duty. Then after that go to the same location on disk and we will remove it manually …..
-I shall now proceed to implement antivirus scanning equipment (eliminating everything that is, any element that is found to be malignant or send them to quarantine), you may find any infected file, in this case shall then remove as well I told you before.
-After it has finished scanning in your antivirus, if possible, I told you at first, and after that once again, I mean removing all the infected files or anything else that has been found.
Then come back to-use program cleaner (ccleaner), you need to open the program and then press the button that says "Register". Then press another button that reads "Search for problems" and leaves open the program a while to find everything that has been able to find. You may encounter a problem in that case you will be on the list after finishing the program to do what they had to do and look at that list out all marked (usually all marked but if not, you are you should check).
Then press the button "Fix Selected" and say that if in the next dialog box you will appear in this salga.Y all problems that could have been found in your PC. And press the button "Repair All".
Then, after following all these steps and I said, it will look and verify that everything that I have this right, like I said …..
I advise you to do this so you do not have to repeat all the steps again.
Well then just have to restart your PC.

You need to kill the process and the dll files attached to the trojan. You need to edit the msconfig and registry to stop it from loading startup. Here is a good tutorial:
