AdwareBot is the best and most reliable Trojan Virus removal tool – without a doubt! If you need a fast and thorough tool that is easy to use and cost the least, then there’s only one solution – AdwareBot: AdwareBot.com
The virus’s name is Java/Shinwow.BE, and I know It’s spyware, but I still can’t seem to get rid of it no matter how many scans I do. Our family currently has the CA Internet Security Suite issued by Time Warner for our RoadRunner Internet service. Is there any way to get rid of it? We can’t find the file on our computer and manually delete it either.

1. From the Start button, click Settings> Control Panel
2. In the Control Panel, open the "Java Plug-in Control Panel"
3. Select the Cache Tab
4. Click the Clear button inside the Cache Tab, which will clear your JRE cache directory
5. now do a scan.
We can’t find the file on our computer – because its in java cache.

Well, I Would go download If Available Adware XE Pro ( its free)
Preform a full system scan.
Then after the scan is done delete the virus(s) it has found

Uninstall ALL versions of Java using RevoUninstaller:
http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?part=dl-RevoUnins&subj=uo&tag=button&cdlPid=10854684
It’s faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.
Use CCleaner, to clear your cache:
http://www.download.com/CCleaner/3000-2144_4-10315544.html
Click on the Cleaner Tab on the left and under Windows tick all boxes in Internet Explorer. If you save your username/passwords untick ‘Autocomplete Form History’ and under System tick all boxes except the last 2, and leave Advanced all unticked.
Then click on the Applications tab and tick all apart from Saved form information if you use Firefox and save your username/passwords
Click on Options then Settings and under Secure Deletion mark the Secure file deletion (slower) and use the drop down to select Guttman (35 passes)
Please note that some files are ‘locked’ but will be removed on shutdown.
Then go to http://java.com and download the latest version.

I’m not familiar with that Trojan; however, if you enter the virus name in Google it should take you to a site that will tell you how to eradicate it.
Good luck

If you are using any version of Sun Java that is prior to JRE Version 5.0,
then you are strongly urged to remove any/all versions that are prior to JRE/JSE
Version 5.0. There are vulnerabilities in them and they are actively being exploited.
It is possible that is how you got infected with malware.
Therefore, it is highly suggested that if there are any prior versions of Sun Java
to Version 5 on the PC that they be removed and Sun Java JRE/JSE Version 5.0 Update 7
be installed ASAP.
Simple check, look under…
C:\Program Files\Java
The only folder under that folder should be the latest version…
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_07

1) Dump the contents of your IE cache -
Start –> settings –> control panel –> Internet options –> delete files
2) Dump the contents of the Mozilla FireFox Cache { if you use FireFox }
Tools –> Options –> Privacy –> Cache –> Clear
3) Dump the contents of your Sun Java cache -
Start –> settings –> control panel –> Java applet –> cache –> clear
or
Start –> settings –> control panel –> Java applet –> general –> settings –>
delete files
4) Re-scan your system using your anti virus software.

1, update panda
2. turn off system restore
3 re boot in safe mode
4. run your panda scan
5. re boot if clean turn on system restore.
Tip:
Trojan love to hide in system restore – Why ? because your AV cannot remove them from system restore.

If you are having a virus or Malware problem, you should receive professional Malware removal support from a website like http://www.geekpolice.net/
If you are not sure if it’s a virus or not, they will use special softwares to check it for you.
I recommended it because they provide one of the fastest services on the internet.

Download and install either avast home edition (free) or avira antivir (free)
They will remove any viruses you have.
Also seeing as its spyware i would also download ad aware 2008.
