I’d recommend you turn off System Restore (so infections are not restored) boot into Safe Mode and perform a full scan using McAfee Stinger and SpyBot S&D or similar for spyware. There’s an article that I can recommend giving this advice in more detail and linking to the tools needed to remove viruses, trojans and spyware etc at My Slow PC – http://www.MySlowPC.co.uk/ – just click on "Troubleshooting".
