A Trojan virus is faulty computer program that can infect remote computers by changing the desktop or deleting important files. Generally called a Trojan Horse, it appears as a legitimate file or software from a trusted source, therefore tricking users into opening it or downloading it. Take action and protect your personal computer files by learning to delete this Trojan virus.

Please try Free version of Avast Antivirus by downloading the same from http://www.cnetdownload.com or http://www.filehippo.com.

Avast is a free anti-virus software that works great. Sometimes, it works better than the two aforementioned anti-virus software programs. Follow the instructions to install the software you prefer. http://internet-secrity-bestfree-firewall.blogspot.com/
    - Run the anti-virus scan in safe mode. This works the best because some Trojans run in the background, and you never know about it. If you scan in regular operation, the Trojan cannot be removed because it is running. Running the scan in safe mode prevents any program from running, and the Trojan can be removed safely. To start the scan, click on your anti-virus software and start the scan just as you would in normal operation mode.
    - Restart your computer in safe mode. To do this, restart the computer and when you see the first screen appear, start pressing the "F8" key repeatedly until the next screen appears.
    - Select the action you want to perform from the list on this screen. In this case, you want to select "Safe Mode." Your computer will then continue to boot in safe mode. After it is done, you will see a facsimile of your desktop. However, it will look different in color and size.
    - Start your anti-virus software. Allow the scan to continue. If you have the Trojan Horse Dropper Generic fwk, the software will find it and ask you what action you want to take. You can select quarantine or delete. Most of the time, you can just delete it but if you are unsure, quarantine it.
    - The scan will finish and automatically reboot to normal operating mode. If you want to be completely sure the Trojan is removed, run another scan in normal running mode. If you followed these steps correctly, it will be gone. If not, start over again with Step 2 and follow each step.

You can delete it via MS-DOS just follow the steps given below.
You will have to use the Attrib commands to remove the virus.

Go on command. Start > Run > CMD
Type the drive, for example: D:
Then type attrib, a list of hidden files will appear

To make the virus appear type: Attrib -s -h d:\ virus name

Then open D: on explorer window you just right click and delete it!

Virus and trojans are both man-made programs, belonging to computer virus. Trojan is a kind of virus. But why do we talk about and have trojan remover singularly?

    Trojan Remover
Generally speaking, anti-trojan, which is usually peeled off from antivirus software, is more efficient trojan remover, for it only scans for trojan codes, but not normal virus codes. That is to say when anti-trojan is working, it only invokes data in trojan library to check whether the target files have matched malicious code embedded to increase checking speed.

Now we just need such a tool which can provide professional system protection to remove spyware, trojan virus and other various malware. It must be easy to use and has master cards in the following aspects. It will clean your system at ease. It’s able to perform proactive defense and system monitor so as to stop threats in advance. Rootkit scan is also available for advanced users for further malware removal.

Either Try Use another Anti virus Program Like Kapersky 2009, just download the free trial version just to heal your computer from the virus, the karpersky can easily detect the virus and remove it easily. i have successfully cleaned my removable disk from 10 trojan droppers, 2 svchosts and 1 generic.worm. if you want to know how to get it, just got to google and type in kapersky 2009 free trial download.
If this doesnt work for you, you should give to a computer technician, he will most likely remove it for you

You can try Avira, Malwarebytes, SUPERantispyware, and BitDefender Online Scanner. They always fine what the other leaves behind on my PC but don’t run them at the same time.

Try to move it to the virus vault first, and then delete it from the virus vault.
If you can’t move it to the vault, boot to safe mode, and run a scan.
After the scan finishes, move it to the vault while you are in safe mode.
Reboot to normal mode, and run another scan to make sure that trojan is gone, and then delete it from the virus vault.

Using AVG, find out where this virus is. Then file shred it with this: (Gets rid of file completely)

    http://download.cnet.com/File-Shredder/3000-2144_4-10662831.html

To file shred for the first time, you must actually open up file shredder. From then on, you can right click what you want to delete, and shred files securely

After you have done this, I suggest buying a better antivirus. I’m afraid AVG has gotten a bit rusty over the last few years. My top antiviruses would be:

    Free:

    Avira
    Avast

    Pay:

    ESET Nod32 Business Edition
    Webroot antivirus and antispyware

Both payed programs have av and as security

    Good Luck! :)

a-squared trojan remover (Free Working Version for life and Proactive Premium Version) [NOW WITH IKARUS ANTIVIRUS]
    http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
a-squared (a-squared) is a complementary product to antivirus software and desktop firewalls on MS Windows computers. Antivirus software specializes in detecting classic viruses. Many available products have weaknesses in detecting other malicious software (Malware) like Trojans, Dialers, Worms and Spyware (Adware). a-squared fills the gap that malware writers exploit. Automatic updates: In a-squared Free the updater must be run manually. The auto-update feature of a-squared Personal checks hourly for new available updates and installs them automatically. a-squared Free is freeware! You can download and use it completely for free.

Emsi.com A-Squared Antimalware runs very nicely on Netbook. I have 2. I have the paid version on one. Try their 30 day trial. Watch heavy programs like Symantec Norton always was – but they make "optimized for Netbooks" – is another best. In top world lab tests – Emsi is righ there beside Norton virtually always. That good or would not have recommended. Importance ? Because these are the products proven to block trojans and detect and safely remove any present in the system without missing.

NOTE…. malware (virus, trojan, spyware etc) can be hidden as "bundled in the download" of some bad download usually in the "free stuff line" – one of the top sources of infections today.

RECOMMENDATION: Install quality antivirus and antispyware with Real Time Protection to prevent this type of infection…..

Windows OneCare Antivirus is now Free from Microsoft and very highly rated, Certified and has won the VB100 Award ! Now called Microsoft Essentials…..
About Microsoft Security Essentials (5* Stars!)
    http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
Microsoft Security Essentials provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. Microsoft Security Essentials is a free* download from Microsoft that is simple to install, easy to use, and always kept up to date so you can be assured your PC is protected by the latest technology. It’s easy to tell if your PC is secure — when you’re green, you’re good. It’s that simple.

Microsoft AntiSpyware is now Windows Defender
    [working-freeware from Microsoft]
    http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
Windows Defender is a free program that helps protect your computer against pop-ups, slow performance, and security threats caused by spyware and other unwanted software. It features Real-Time Protection, a monitoring system that recommends actions against spyware when it’s detected, and a new streamlined interface that minimizes interruptions and helps you stay productive.

Running your avg in safe mode will get you away from the trojan. The trojan has files all in your computer.
So, you need to run a complete scan on the whole computer.
I have mine set to run a scan on everything.

    Close all programs
    turn off computer
    start
right away press key F8 or which ever.
    once every second.
    select safe mode
    press enter key
    select your system
    hit enter
    when it is through rebooting
    click start
    all programs
    avg
    scan
    delete
    restart..

    If this does not work
download malwarebytes. This is a remover only. Not an anti virus.

If you have the free avg, you do not have a firewall.
If you do not have a firewall, you need one.

The trojan is spyware that has sent all the information in your computer to someone.
You email address and everything will be sold.

A firewall will protect your computer online. Keep the hackers out and other trojans.

I suggest you delete your temporary files after you remove the trojan.

If you google the name or type of virus you have, it will spell out how too remove it etc.. i used too have AVG and the trojan virus was of a specific type and i found out after googling it that AVG did not remove the trojan horse downloader zlob… it was a 3yr old virus and AVG did not remove it etc.. i would not remove it…. i had to get screwed and it crashed thanks too trying to remove it with AVG.. i hope you dont have a TROJAN ZLOB VIRUS…. well, obviously AVG is not doing shit and it sucks! so you should go too http://www.download.com right now and download AVAST antivirus right away! then run the scanner for viruses right away! its free! also download MALWAREBYTES ANTIMALWARE… you can find it at malwarebytes.org or on http://www.download.com and its free! download this as it will also remove infections as well.. worms, adware/hardware etc….. use them from now on as a combo! you will never have the same bs problem again! then go too add/remove programs and get rid of AVG! delete it now!

also, if your computer is all screwed up and slow from the virus…. follow these steps to remove the virus
    a. power off computer,
    b. turn back on, tap F8 button repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE AND CLICK SAFE MODE AND WILL CONTINUE ON TOO WINDOWS….
    c. while in windows you are now operating in safe mode…. go too http://www.download.com and download the home edition of AVAST antivirus… AND ONCE ITS DOWNLOADED THEN RUN IT! then after that you can go too http://www.download.com and download MALWAREBYTES ANTI MALWARE and then run it! it will remove any infections like worms that are viruses as well and they replicate etc.. this program will remove any shit that your avast program will not… its an awesome program!

AFTER RUNNING THE PROGRAMS AND CHECKING FOR ANY INFECTIONS DETECTED, THEN RE RUN THE MALWAREBYTES FOR SAFE PURPOSES TOO BE SURE ALL IS CLEAR!

also, after you have this under control and the viruses are gone…. you can then power off, and power on.. restart your computer and your good too go!!! if you are in a position now that your computer is not downloading due to the virus etc.. then like i said, the best best is too go into safe mode! and do the downloading in safe mode etc….if you cant get in safe mode which some viruses do block this too piss you off etc.. then you can a system restore…. the best bet on system restore is too change the internal date and time on the clocks and date on your computers calender so that you can change your computers date/time too a previous date before the virus hit…. in other words, you just restore your computer too a previous date so that it runs at that previous date virus free….

if need retart your computer and go into safe mode like i mentioned, and then go too system restore and change the dates too a previous date and you should be operating fine… then you can follow the steps too install a new virus progam from http://www.download.com... run the above programs mentioned and your in their!
