My pen-drive has been infected by POWERPOINT.EXE VIRUS. When I plug-in the pen-drive in USB port, my PC dees not detect it and the pen-drive get heated. I think it has been damaged by the virus. So what should i DO?

    See if you can format the drive…erase everything twice….but I would go with the first guy. Throw it away…I wouldn’t take the chance of it infecting my whole computer.

    Take it to a work or school computer where it doesnt matter if you get a virus on them or not.
    If it finds it do a scan on it by right clicking the location of it and you should get a option to scan it for anything.
    Like mine would say scan using *my antivirus**antispyware*.

    hi NOD 32 anti virus with current update was removed this virus from my pen drive. try it download from following site
