Recycle.exe virus from USB, Help?

AdwareBot is the best and most reliable Trojan Virus removal tool – without a doubt! If you need a fast and thorough tool that is easy to use and cost the least, then there’s only one solution – AdwareBot: AdwareBot.com

i just put my USB in computer and when i tried to open it, my AVG antivirus said that there’s Trojan horse Generic_c.AVAL virus on it, in the file called Recycle.exe, that i never heard of, i don’t know how could that get on my USB …i just put it in the virus valut for now, but i’m confused…how did it get on my USB? could it come from other computers, or even from mine? what should i do? should i delete it from Valut (btw, does DELETE option in AVG mean delete from valut or from system?)…and another problem, my usb now won’t open anymore…it says to choose which program do i want to use to open this application … i don’t know what to do, please help!

First you should allow AVG to delete the virus and then the virus will be removed from your USB. I recommend that you scan your whole system using AVG to remove all traces of the virus before you continue.

When your system is safe, you should format your USB using windows formatting, which will unfortunately delete all the data on the USB.

Your USB will be safe to use afterwards and it should work OK!

Use combofix from bleepingcomputer.com, then go download malwarebytes from softpedia.com or cnet.com and use it, then clean the rest of the virus with superantispyware from softpedia.com or superantispyware.com, and for future protection use avira as antivirus and a good firewall such as Online Armor or Outpost Firewall.
