AVG, Ad-Aware and SpyBot. Get em all. Use em all. Never get a virus again.

Exactly as Daniel S said, plus I would add in the occasional Ewido scan. go to http://www.download.com and download free avg, and spy bot search and destroy, and ad aware. Then once a month or so, go to http://www.ewido.com and run a free online scan. With all of this, you will be clean and these programs don’t bog down your system like some others do.
